Seconding this idea ... I'm trying to create a workspace looking at "performance today vs same day last year" so I if it's 4pm today, I need to cut off the last year comparison range at 4pm. Is that possible?

Thanks, but I think my question is more about how to set up the alert in the first place. All the alerts I've set up have been "trigger when the count of X event is over Y threshold in an hour/day/week". I'm not sure how to set it up in the builder to trigger when a single discreet action occurs.
