Hi Team, I have built Custom table under Administration >> Campaign Management >> Target mappings.Using these tables for email delivery. But I'm unable to track the Email whether those records links are "Open"/"Email Click".records are not coming in tracking Log Rcp and Delivery Log schema. Can anyone please help me to solve this/ Please suggest how can I track the records which are there in custom table

Hi Darren,I have loaded the list and filtered the data based on primary key as 0.While clearing the list, I am not getting the list which I have created to delete.After going through the same, I found that the list whose schema type is "List Of recipient" will only be visible.Could you please let me know how can I make the schema type as "List Of recipient".Currently the schema type of the list which I have created is "Recipient" and List type is "List" not "Group"List name which I have created ...

Hi Darren,Thank you for the reply. I tried to do that but getting 0 record.filtered List internal name and then added query primary key is empty. I am getting 0 records and didn't worked. Could you please let me know where I'm going wrong

Hi Team, Please let me know how can we empty the List after delivery activity.We are updating the list with 3 days record so "Purge and re-use the list" checkbox is unchecked. Our goal is to empty the records in the list once delivery is performed. Please help me with this.Thanks in advance. 🙂
