Thanks Arun!I found better way to solve this problem.Solution already available in OOTB AEM:-Click on User icon --> My Preferences --> User Preferences --> Update Relative Date Presentation to Always show exact date --> AcceptTested - it works based on requirement.

How to disable defaultRelativeTime on Assets views. - Adobe Experience Manager 02-11-2021
Basically , Our requirement is to disable defaultRelativeTime on Assets views .If we modify any assets - timestamp(Modified,) views like - "a few seconds ago" Actually we are looking to display format like - "Sep 12, 2016, 5:16:46 PM" .I could see defaultRelativeTime in moment js but not sure to modify for disable defaultRelativeTime .Any thoughts/pointer on this please .

Root cause of this problem was OAK-8591 (bug in OAK) and the incremental indexing problem was resolved by upgrading the OAK version 1.8.20 . As per OAK-8591 :-Affects Version/s:1.8.0, 1.10.0, 1.12.0, 1.14.0, 1.16.0Fix Version/s:1.18.0, 1.10.5, 1.8.17 @kautuk_sahni @vanegi

Incremental indexing in loops - Adobe Experience Manager 06-07-2020
Background of this issue :-4 indexes got corrupt in Production environment.
