Hi there, I have uploaded the csv and created a lit in Adobe Campaign. All are Known Profiles , however i don't have the State column in the list but there is in database. Is there a way, i can have State from the primary Database ( Recipient nms) and map against the read list to find out what email belongs to what state? Please advise, Thanks in advance.

Hi @_Manoj_Kumar.Thank you so much for replying.I did not set up Delivery Code initially but is there a way i can built the query in the current workflow and how do i join. For sending i can use wait time, and put the template again. Is that the correct approach? Thank you again for the help 🙂

I was working on a workflow and have hard time figuring out how to build one. There are 2 parts:- 1) I have sent the email to the targeted audience.2) The next will be to send same email to the ones who did not open the first. It is a promotional email not a Transactional or Triggered one. I am really struggling in the 2nd part and would require your support. Also, do i have to create a different workflow or will that be the continuation of the first part. Any response is welcome 🙂Thanks
