Re: Recipient Versus Distinct Clicks lcharlwood - Adobe Campaign Classic
Hello @kapilKochar . Thank you very much for the link, that is very useful. However, would you expect the distinct clicks to be over 100% for this, in this case it is 200%, if I was the only person to receive and click on the links in the email? Thanks. Luke.

Recipient Versus Distinct Clicks lcharlwood - Adobe Campaign Classic
Hello. Can someone explain the difference between how Adobe Campaign measures a recipient versus a distinct click please? I've sent a 'live' test email to my email address to look at some new functionality. However, after clicking on some links a few times I've noticed in the 'Broadcast statistics' that clicks are at 200%. I believe this looks at distinct clicks but how can this be 200% as it's only been sent to me and I'm the only one who has clicked? In the 'Tracking Indicators' report recipie...

Re: Email Bounce/Alert Report By Domain lcharlwood - Adobe Campaign Classic
Hello @kapilKochar . Thanks for this. I've found the 'Non-deliverables and bounces' report in the Home < Reports section but where can I locate the workflow that creates this report? I've had a look amongst the technical workflows but can't find it. Thanks. Luke

Email Bounce/Alert Report By Domain lcharlwood - Adobe Campaign Classic
Hello. From time to time we have issues with BT Internet, Yahoo and Sky email domains refusing a large % of our emails and marking as spam. What I would like to do is build a report/alert that looks at the previous days sends across all our brands but also split by email domain at a delivery level. Then, if x% of that email domain (intend to look at Hotmail, BT Internet, Sky, Yahoo and Gmail domains) are refused an alert is sent out so the team can investigate. I've had a go but finding it hard ...

Re: Tracking Breaking When Using Search Bar In Email lcharlwood - Adobe Campaign Classic
Hello @wodnicki I believe we are applying GA with a click formula, see below. <%@ include option='mabTracking_ClickFormula' %><%var channel = '';switch(Number(message.delivery.messageType)){case 0: channel='email'; break;case 1: channel='sms'; break;case 41: channel='app'; break;case 42: channel='app'; break;default: channel='other';}%>&utm_source=hermes&utm_medium=<%= channel %>&utm_content=<%= encodeURIComponent(message.segmentName) %>&utm_campaign=<%= encodeURIComponent(message.delivery.opera...

Tracking Breaking When Using Search Bar In Email lcharlwood - Adobe Campaign Classic
Hello. We are looking to start using search bars in the headers of our emails so a customer can type in their local town and on click, it takes them through to the website of the closest site to them, see below. However, we're having an issue with the tracking breaking - if tracking is disabled for this link it works perfectly but if tracking is kept on the link it does not work and a 'requested URL cannot be found' error message is displayed. The below script is used in the HTML for the search ...

Count Of Deliveries lcharlwood - Adobe Campaign Classic
Hello. I'm looking to run a workflow that will output all of our deliveries over a specific time period with metrics such as opens/clicks etc. However, the deliveries I want to look at are sent out every day and create a separate record on the deliveries table as we normally append a date to the delivery label. For example, for each brands welcome email, in a week it will appear 7 times for each brand. How do I build a workflow that will aggregate the sends to one line while bringing in opens/cl...

Removal Of Old Delivery Records lcharlwood - Adobe Campaign Classic
Hello. In our instance of Adobe Campaign, we have a high volume of deliveries that either has the status of 'being edited' or are proofs. Is it safe to delete these, would you recommend archiving into a separate folder or something else? To note, the records I'm looking to remove were from deliveries sent out 12+ months ago and won't be used again. Thanks. Luke

Re: Problems With Unions lcharlwood - Adobe Campaign Classic
Thanks Jonathon. I can now see all the data when removing the target field but still doesn't seem to be flowing thorugh to the deduplication. The deduplication node is filtering on @deliveryCode but it is only bringing back the unique delivery codes from the target field. Any ideas?

Problems With Unions lcharlwood - Adobe Campaign Classic
Hello. I'm having an issue whereby the data flowing out of a Union is acting strangely. I'm querying recipient delivery logs table (one the out of the box one, the other being a custom one) and bringing in the delivery code on both before going into a Union. The number that comes out of it is correct, combines both of the queries totals, but when you interrogate the data using 'Display The Target' it is only displaying the primary set data. Then I put it through a deduplication to get unique del...

Throttling Email Deliveries lcharlwood - Adobe Campaign Classic
Hello. We regularly throttle emails using the waves options in delivery properties but have recently noticed that Adobe Campaign has its own processing rules per domain in MX Management. From what I can understand, throttling by domain is already taking place so does additional throttling need to be applied? Appreciate this may differ depending on whether volumes are large/small or whether targeting engaged/less engaged customers. Any advice would be most grateful. Thanks. Luke
