Hi @Suraj_Kamdi, Thanks for the reply, I tried to check the path mentioned in your solution: "http://localhost:4502/etc.clientlibs/dmi-sample/clientlibs/layout.css" but the page couldn't load. So can you please tell me the reason and steps to solve the problem. Looking forward to your response and thanks in advance.

Hi @Suraj_Kamdi,Thanks for the response, by following your steps it is showing the background colour as required, font colour as required but other properties like text-decoration, display and may other properties are still not applied. Can you please tell me a bit more about it as to why is this happening? Looking forward to your response and thanks in advance.

Hi @BrianKasingli,Thanks for the reply, when I tried to open these files they are working fine. So according to you, there may be some problem with the setup of the editable template. Can you please guide me on the way to resolve this issue? As I am very new to this technology I am trying but not able to fix it. Looking forward to your response. Thanks in Advance.

@BrianKasingli,Thanks for the response. Here is some background knowledge regarding my query, As I'm new to AEM I have created the static template and now I'm trying to create editable one. I'm trying to use the same components created for my static template in "WE-Retail Editable Template". I have used bootstrap classes in those components thats why the suggested reply was correct and was disturbing the CSS. Please help me out how can I add my custom css to it, also how can I override or use the...

Hi,I have created a component that works fine with my static template but shows some unexpected variations ( e.g.- wrong positioning, cannot be resized, cannot be deleted, without CSS properties, etc.) when used in an editable template. And also the same components show different variations for different editable templates. How can I make a component to show the same behaviour in editable templates as in static templates? Please feel free to ask in case more information is required.
