Re: Grand access to only one project in Workspace - Adobe Analytics 14-07-2022
It is possible but with a lot of overheads as Jennifer points out. Basically you would first need to create a new product profile in admin console, supplying access to only the RS, metrics and dimensions used in the particular project. You would want to provision access to Workspace under tools. Next give that user access to that profile (or even better - create a user group for the partner and put the user into that user group, assigning access to the group to the profile). Next you will want t...

Re: Noticing same evar showing up on 2 different segment - Adobe Analytics 31-05-2022
It is likely due to the persistence of the eVars. Can you confirm expiry settings for evar10 & 11? Which metric are you using in workspace where you see eVar11 appearing? Is it visits?

Re: Creating a segment with over 300 different URLs - Adobe Analytics 31-05-2022
Use classifications to give each URL the same category value. Then create a segment equal to that category value.

Re: Measure Workspace reports usage - Adobe Analytics 04-05-2022
I should add - appreciate your post was an idea and it has long been rumoured that Adobe were working on an Analytics4Analytics solution to achieve the above within the UI.

Re: Measure Workspace reports usage - Adobe Analytics 04-05-2022
Sure - have a read of https://express.adobe.com/page/hnYfQPThMu2dr/. You can use the API 2.0 and use the projects endpoint and the usage logs endpoints. You can then determine popularity and usage of your workspace projects.

Re: Segments - can I see what workspaces use which segments? - Adobe Analytics 08-04-2022
There is currently no way to do this from within the UI. but you can achiever it by other means. Here is a post I wrote up to achieve it without the api in R:http://analyse.ie/adobe-analytics/Workspace_segment_use.html or, as mentioned you can use the api 2.0, leveraging first the projects endpoint to get all the projects. Then use the other endpoints such as date ranges, segments and calc metrics to pull this info. The projects end point will detail out the ID of each component used. You can th...

Re: Can we use calculated metrics in adobe data warehouse? - Adobe Analytics 21-03-2022
Unfortunately not.You can use events but not calculated metrics (https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/analytics/components/calculated-metrics/cm-overview.html?lang=en) An idea has been raised for support of CMs in data warehouse. You can add your vote here:https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-analytics-ideas/using-calculated-metrics-on-data-warehouse/idi-p/339782

Re: Where and how to see how many license are left out in adobe analytics? - Adobe Analytics 21-03-2022
I don't believe there is a limit and as such there is no balance limit to view. There are performance guidance limits:If you are administering Adobe Experience Cloud products on the Admin Console, note the following limits for best performance:A maximum of 8,000 profiles in an organization.A maximum of 4,000 product profiles assigned to a user. A maximum of 100,000 users delegated to a product profile.

Re: Adobe to Excel - Adobe Analytics 04-05-2021
None that I am aware of. Report builder is your only option here. Alternative options are: 1) Date warehouse to email/FTP csv 2) data feed 3) API and push data 4) save workspace as csv/copy paste to xls from a workspace project

Re: How to determine what URL parameter is mapped to s.ca... - Adobe Analytics 08-02-2021
A quick check would be to paste in a url with what you believe to be correct campaign query string. Then in console run s.campaign. If all is configured correctly and you are using the correct campaign identifier then you should see your campaign string be populated into s.campaign. If it is undefined then it’s likely that either the wrong identifier is being used or the code has not been deployed. If you are able to share url either here or DM I can take a look?
