(Almost) exactly the same issue here. Just opened an existing file with the same pc, network, account etc. as usual. Data Refresh doesn't work - no matter if single or bundled request. Getting stuck on "Processing requests with no dependencies. Retrieving data."  Tried mutiple times with reastarting...

Select a Color Palette on project level is a nice thing.However, it would be even better if one could select a different (custom) color per Panel.  Now, that it's possible to have multiple report suites in a single workspace, it would make even more sense.
