Hi Jono Moore, You are right and that's do the trick. On the other i am a Graphic Designer and this is first time i used LiveCyle due to the need to add image field and i am very pleasure to learn a new information.Also thanks very much to Sandee Cohen.

Hi Sandee,Thanks for your helpFor my side the radio buttons for cities work fine when it click, but without associated with List Box.The image field work fine.This issue drive me crasy why LivecCycle failed to read list box.
