Hi, this instance was given to us by Adobe after we requested support on our on-prem and Azure instance. So we didn't do the install ourselves. An Adobe employee did the install.

Hi,Augusto was assigned to another project and I am taking over this task. Also when Augusto said they, he meant the Adobe consultant he was working with at the time, setup this sandbox on Adobe cloud infrastructure. I am not getting the error he is getting, but I am getting this popup on our custom form submission. We also received this in the logs.[ERROR]2019-11-2914:48:36Exception:com.adobe.forms.aem.impl.XFANativeServiceImplStack Tracejava.lang.IllegalStateException: Connection to failed serv...

Yes, it is accessible and able to send email from the publish instance which is hosted on the same server with different port.Could it be that the e-mail is working but the Adaptive Forms workflow only works in edit mode?

Just to give more information about about our current setup we have an Azure instance for Author and Publish, in the Author /editor/html/content/formname.html works, but /content/formname.html does not work. In Publish /content/formname.html does not work. When I say work I mean the e-mail is sent out after I click the "Submit" button on the form.

Published Adaptive Form Does Not Send Out E-Mail

We have an adaptive form that sends out an e-mail on submission. It is part of a flow, the form works as intended when the page is in edit mode, i.e with the "editor.html" in the URL localhost:4502/editor.html/content/formname.html in the author instance. But when we publish the form to localhost:4503/content/formname.html the e-mail is not being sent. It looks like the data binding stops working on the published forms as well. Can you please help?

Thank you for pointing us in the right direction. We were able to get the publish agent working again and now the publishing works in Author. Although we did struggle with the adaptive forms not publishing on the publish instance. We got to work after we import the forms on both the Author and the Publish instance. Is that the best way to do it? We thought that when we publish the form in Author it would automatically publish it in Publish. But that did not occur until we manually imported the f...

We've resolved the anonymous access issue. Author and Publish were both using port 443, we thought that by using a combination of hostname + port AEM would be able to distinguish between the two instances but that's not the case. We resolved the issue by assigning the Author instance to port 444 and now anonymous access works. However, we have another issue in which we are unable to publish contents to the Publish instance from the Author instance especially Adaptive Forms. Any ideas on why this...

I am not sure what a dispatcher is, but our setup is just the Author and Publish instance. Pretty simple setup.

no we are using the publish URL we were troubleshooting this issue before we posted. It seems to work on the localhost, but when we tried to access it from a remote machine we get the log in prompt.

Hi,We have an iFrame that points to a AF Form, and we are running into the issue of always having to log in to see the form. We tried going to the form directly from a machine that's not localhost and we get the log in prompt before we can access any page. What we want is to have anonymous access so that the iFrame won't be prompted for a log in, the form is meant for public access. We've already set sling Authentication Service to allow Anonymous access, but it still doesn't work. Please advise.

Best Practice For Publish Adaptive Forms

We have an Adaptive Forms in the Author instance that links to a Dynamics 365 data source and we are trying to publish the forms in AEM. What is the best to accomplish that task? The way we have been doing is that we copy and paste the Adaptive Form Template to the site and configure it as as a page web site.We were able to publish the forms that way, but we are not sure if that's the best way to do it. My colleague has mentioned that it's not necessary to do this and that we could just publish t...
