Re: Last touch channel detail is www.google.com and Last... - Adobe Analytics 09-04-2020
Hi Igorm, My principal problem is Natural search. My rules for paid seems OK but not my natural search. All the Natural seems being attribute to referral and I don't know why.I'm using the rules Matches naturel search but it doesn't work. It's the same thing for the orders. We have a lot a referrer from bank (with the 3D Secure protocol in France). I've add the domain in the internal list but it doesn't work. If you have an idea 😉 Best regards

It's the same thing with orders even if Override Last-Touch Channel is set to no Thanks a lot

This this our configuration : When I look at workspace I have this report : - marketing channel = referral / - channel detail = google.com - search engine = unspecified First question : How can I correct it to put in SEO and...

Re: Import store sales in Adobe Analytics - Adobe Analytics 17-02-2020
Hi pabloc82923542, I think I understand your point. For you I have to add in my SAINT import an "shop_order_id" if a customer make to order in the same shop the same day That's it correct? There is no point if this "shop_order_id" doesn't match with data in Analytics ? Best regards
