Re: Split on external file - Adobe Campaign 20-08-2019
Thanks very much. I was under that impression too, but I was told by our vendor that "Adobe Campaign doesn't support ad-hoc messaging without a little bit of set-up. It prefers that every communication sent, barring those using the Message Center module, originates from a row in a table living within it." And then was instructed to create a new table schema and target mapping and then import the data to the new table. Any reason for this?

Split on external file - Adobe Campaign 19-08-2019
I'm not using the recipients table and I'm sending to a list of email addresses contained in an external data file. I need to do a split and deduplication. How do I do these actions on an external file?

Strangely enough, it did work with a single delivery when tested on just 2 people. But that probably wasn't enough of a test.My apologies, I just started learning Campaign a few months ago. Thanks so much for the help!

Send the same email delivery (only 1 copy of the email) to targets split out with Waits? - Adobe Campaign Standard 21-07-2019
Is it possible to send the same version of an email as only 1 copy of the file (not duplicates) to split target groups each with a wait - I guess basically a Drip Campaign? We've only been able to make it work with using multiple copies of the same email, and this is not exactly optimal. What we are doing is targeting based on the last time a customer opened an email from us, then we separate them out into different groups and send to each group with a wait - ie, send to 30 day openers immediate...
