Hi,I always go off of my primary/biggest trait and it's associated data source & integration code.I would usually in this instance start off with my CRM trait then include/exclude the analytics trait afterwards.EDIT: Also, if you're using CRM data, it's likely you'll want to authenticate against it too - another reason to put this firstHope this helps

Good afternoon all,My instance of AAM is integrated with Adobe Analytics via Server-Side Forwarding (SSF).Previous users of AAM & AA have created segments within AA and exposed them into AAM using the tick box "Make this an Experience Cloud audience".These traits now exposed into AAM have a custom Integration code which looks a bit like this "s2451_5bb0fba31c252a7fcc842e9c".The trait expression is also the same: segid == "s2451_5bb0fba31c252a7fcc842e9c"My question is: how can I reverse engineer ...

Hello everyone,When adding multiple offline data sources to a profile merge rule, I want to understand whether this requires the same authentication ID across each of the different data sources or whether this can be different per data source.Link: Profile Merge Rules Dashboard Example screenshot in the documentation:I have a scenario whereby customers can authenticate using different IDs across my companies digital real-estate:Website 1 = ID AWebsite 2 = ID BAPP 1 = ID AAPP 2 = ID CAPP 3 = ID D...

Hi Shubha,That's correct, it looks like how you've defined it above.Just for my understanding, "if not, the AND NOT will be applied to "CONTRACT DATES early life 0 - 30" only."What would this segment look like? And why would it only look at the first statement?Cheers,Pete

Hello,I would like a way of being able to validate and QA AAM audiences within Audience Manager. With most campaign tools such as Adobe Campaign, marketeers have the luxury of being able to output lists and quality check them against what is expected in the segment build or brief. At a high level, the differences between *.sync and *.overwrite files when it comes to uploading CRM data (Offline traits) to AAM can cause inaccuracies in segment builds. Being able to view underlying data to see what ...

Good morning,I have a technical question around best practice with building segments.I have an offline trait from my data warehouse, for customer’s product holding and 3 other traits for lifecycle. I want to segment the customers with product ‘A’, into 4 product lifecycles. Early life, in life, recontracting window and out of contract. For early life, recontracting window and out of contract I have made positive inclusions, however for in life I have removed all the other options i.e. ‘AND NOT’ f...
