Hi Vikram, Did you get any opportunity to run this issue with your AEM team if they have any answers? I am still struggling with this and looks like I might give up on it and move one. Thanks,

Hi Vikram, Thank you for your response. Just to let you know, I have been able to install the add-on package because of which I could see "adobe sign" under "cloud services" and adobe sign component is visible to me in Adaptive forms. But when I select "add signature", then nothing appears in the Adobe Cloud Service Configuration. Ideally the configuration that I did from Cloud Service Adobe Sign using Oauth, client secret and ID should work. Looks like I am unable to successfully connect to Ado...

HI Sameer, Thank you for your response on my question. I have already installed the add-on package. After installing the same, I could see "Adobe Sign" under "Cloud Services". I also get to see "Adobe sign" component to add in AF. The issue is: 1. While creating Adobe Sign configuration where we give oauth URL, client ID and secret and click on "Connect to Adobe Sign", there I am having issue as unable to connect properly. That could be the reason why when I click "Add Signature" in AF, it does ...

Dear Experts, I am currently using Adobe AEM 6.5 quickinstaller through which running aem-author instance on port 4502. Few days back, configured the latest package through guidance from this forum itself and could see Adobe Sign cloud service. Unfortunately, since last so many days, I have spent countless hours but unable to get Adobe Sign integration in place. I did carry out following steps: 1. Configured SSL on my local instance to make it https.2. Created cloud configuration through "Config...

Dear All - I am planning to integrate Adobe Sign with Adobe AEM forms. I have AEM 6.5 version installed. Did SSL configuration already. But when I refer the following website:https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/experience-manager-64/forms/adaptive-forms-advanced-authoring/adobe-sign-integration-adaptive-forms.htmlI could only go up to step 3. For step 4, I need to select "Adobe Sign" cloud service but it is not visible. I see all the other cloud services like Legacy Cloud Service, Translation...

Hi Mayank,Thanks for the response. I tried both 0 & 1. Surprisingly, in both the cases, the transformed HTML rendition appeared quietly without giving any error, pop or anything about the scripting part. And that is where we are finding it difficult to actually fix the problem because we are unable to debug it in stepwise manner. My thought process is, like we usually see in the typical web application, that for the specific scripting, browser will have the scripting error or something mentioned...

Hi There- Thank you for the prompt response. Do you suggest any approach to move forward now?The reason being, the workbench/AEM forms architecture is not that profound in terms of debugging javascript specific issues. Any specific way to identify, debug and replace/remove the old script with the new one? Kindly advise.Regards,Sunder S

Dear All,We have somewhere around 12 applications out of which 5 are the ones which were developed some 13 years back and deployed onto ES1 environment. From there we then upgraded to ES2 and then finally to ES4. All this while we remained on the rendering as "PDF".Right now, we are working on the potential upgrade from current ES4 to AEM 6.5 such that we render as "HTML" not "PDF". We have found a way to render the applications (via workbench configuration) as "HTML" and form loads as well. But...

Hi Mayank,When client asked us to explore AEM 6.5 then after few days of R&D we proposed "Adaptive Forms" and demoed the solution by creating one sample application based on it. Only few days back, client had discussion with senior Adobe person and also with adobe affiliate service provider which suggested that "HTML5" rendition is better and more suitable than "Adaptive forms" that is why we are looking into it and this is the final direction given to us.As for the "process re-design" is concer...

Use Case - We have our AEM 6.1 running having total 12 custom applications. These applications are from ES2 era. Over the period, we migrated them from ES2 to ES4 and then to AEM 6.1 In each migration, we fixed them only to replace the deprecated services/APIs if any. Other than that, everything was kept same.Few months back, client decided that we should now move onto AEM 6.5. All the new applications should only be built on that as well as old ones should be brought here. We proposed adaptive ...

Hi Mayank,I have spent considerable amount of time and figured out "a way to transform XDP/PDF to HTML rendering form". I have encapsulated the steps along with screen shots with explanation and queries from my side.Request you to kindly review this once and please suggest if this is the approach I need to follow and move forward. Also, I am unable to figure out how to send the word doc that I have prepared which has steps. Can I have some mail address to mail this to or some way to upload and sh...

Hi Mayank - Many thanks for taking out time to look into my query and provide such a detailed response.1. We are on AEM 6.4 so looks like the settings mentioned here (AEM 6.0 Forms Help | Rendering form template for HTML5 forms) are not working here. I tried to follow this through but all in vein.2. I deployed your package but then referred my travel_requets.xdp but still it was not working as expected. Strangely, I decided to create new application and import the above xdp and create the workbe...

Hi Dear,Thank you for the input. I tried it and simply uploaded the xdp of old instance. There are two hurdles I need to take care of:1. How to make this available to my end users over HTML workspace? Because it does not appear there even though I have uploaded this into AEM forms section as suggested. Pl suggest on this one.2. Eventually I will have to modify it because the UI is completely distorted as it was pdf based solution in old application. So configuring with workbench is another point...

Hi All - Made some progress since yesterday (or so I believe). I explored loads of articles available online and found that we can create the HTML5 forms via designer. Apart from creating the new applications in HTML5, we have our legacy system (with old applications) running in AEM 6.1 (pdf based). We have this milestone of migrating them into AEM 6.5 forms (on JEE) and redesign/build as HTML5.I read that we can make use of the xdp file of all our applications and can deploy it through workbenc...

Dear All,I am new to Adobe AEM Forms. Few months back we were told that we have to build some applications using Adobe AEM 6.4 forms (on JEE) so we installed it on Dev instance and started experimenting with "Adaptive Forms". Managed to create Adapative forms end to end.Now the requirement has changed and client wants HTML5 forms not "adaptive forms". This has puzzled us as we are unable to locate any documentation/tutorial on creating the HTML5 forms on JEE.In fact, the forms.html URL shows opt...
