Description - When a recipient clicks on an expired tracked link, the resulting page is a 404 Error page. This is not a good user experience. It would be "nice to have" a branded page with a useful error message. Why is this feature important to you - To provide the recipient with a not-so-ugly user experience. How would you like the feature to work - Each external account could have a default expired link URL parameter. The Adobe user would populate the value with a nice looking landing page URL....

We are experiencing a similar issue today. What was the resolution on this? Oracle 19c, 9032v5 build. We did recently upgrade to 19c, but 10 days ago and haven't encountered this issue until today. Thanks,Jim

Within an email template in Adobe Campaign, the command <%@ include view="personalizationBlock" %> can be used to include personalization block content. The same tag doesn’t seem to work within JSSP pages, however. I received the error:"Invalid command: ' include view="viocEmailTemplate" '.SSI-280000 Failure while analyzing document (1 error(s))."Is there a way to include personalization blocks from within JSSP pages? Thanks!Jim
