AEM assets are not downloading, any fixes?

I have about 100 versions of each components, I want to allow only one version components in one page and other version components in other page. All pages uses same template. How to achieve this. I don't want to create 100 templates for this, is there any other optimal solution for this ?

I have selected a tag in dialog of a component. I want to access its name and title of tag in sightly.Is there any way where we can directly read name and title of tag in sightly?

Can we read tag title and tag name from a tag selected in dialog directly in sightly?
