I need use this Delivery, because my HTML comes by integration, and I can use only this functionality, shown below:But this "Delivery" only works wish "Delivery Control", right?In this scenario, I can use the functionality with Control Group? Hi,I need help for understand one the functionality.We need put the delivery in flow, we have 3 options the deliveries:In tab “deliveries”, select “Email Delivery”In tab “deliveries”, select “Recurring Delivery”In tab “actions”, select “Delivery”The option 1 and 2, I can use the control group, but the option 3 I cannot use this functionality.It is possible use this functionality whit the option 3 (“Delivery”)?Thanks,Jéssica

Hi,I'm using Control Group functionality and would like to restrict sending to specific users.For example:I set up a query with 4 clients (client 1, client2, client 3, client 4), I put a percentage in the control group of 50%.In case the functionality would fire randomly for 2 clients.How can I restrict the tool from forwarding the trigger to client 1 and client 3?Would it be in the list (within Extra Population)?Ps: I tried to create a test list in this field, but it did not work. Hi,I created a campaign in HTML and tested a delivery. When analyzed the result in Preview and click in More: Seeing the tab Deco-mail diagnostic, there are many warnings: I saw in training that this warning refers when to at least one customer in recipient whit field “Email Format” equal to Deco-mail or Decore Mail or Decoration Mail, but when we filter the recipient we don’t have any customer with this email formats.
