Re: Enable "equals any of" filter in segment builder florianag - Adobe Analytics
Strongly supporting this! I'm fairly surprised that's not an option available already with a RegEx type of structure

Hide components not related to current report suite florianag - Adobe Analytics
Currently, the component side bar shows custom dimensions, metrics and segments that have not been created for the selected report suite. Unless I missed how to adjust some settings, can this be changed for clarity?

Re: Multiple Report Suites in one Workspace project florianag - Adobe Analytics
I support this idea as well. A very simple example: we have content apps in addition to our websites, and we sometimes run parallel campaigns. It would be great to be able to combine basic data, such as article pageviews for this specific case, in one dashboard when reporting on campaign performance.

Days between last and first visit florianag - Adobe Analytics
Is it possible to report on the average time expired between the last and the first visit of our visitors? Or between a specific event and the first visit? We are trying to do an analysis on the journey before a conversion happens, and we would like to have more clarity on the journey's duration in terms of days.Thank you!

Re: Header text wrapping should be turned on by default florianag - Adobe Analytics
I might be ignoring the existence of a functionality then! When I have a chart or a table, where do I add the description under the title?

Re: Header text wrapping should be turned on by default florianag - Adobe Analytics
Hi Jen, great addition and definitely ideal to have it turned on by default (and the user may decide to turn it off): this can actually make tables look better when you have lots of columns, I am was able to display Average Time on Site fully before Could the text wrapping be considered also for visualization titles? Sometimes to keep a dashboard layout lighter I add comments as titles to visualizations (think consulting-slide-style). Or should I raise this as another idea in the forum?

Allow custom number of table rows florianag - Adobe Analytics
I think it could be interesting to have more options in the number of items to display in a table: I sometimes would like to have options for 15 or 30 rows depending on the data or layout of the dashboard.

Re: Workspace: Option to breakdown dimensions dynamically / automatically when time moves florianag - Adobe Analytics
Hi Brandon, the breakdown by position does not seem to be the solution to the problem that I, and I believe other people in the thread, am observing. I do agree that this fixes the original problem of the thread, though. In my case for example, I created a report by Tracking codes to analyze performance of some campaigns, with two breakdowns, two custom variables. New tracking codes are added each week, and I have to manually break the new ones down. Breakdown by position does not help because in...

Re: Select Report Suite from Workspace startpage florianag - Adobe Analytics
Supporting this idea also to be able to filter the projects on the Workspace homepage. In general, any type of filtering option would be good to have in the Workspace home, without having to go to the Managing Projects page.

Re: Segment to identify refreshes (multiple pageviews on the same page in one visit)? florianag - Adobe Analytics
The issue I would have with this is that I would like to segment for reloads on the same page URL, not just reloads during a visit 😕Say someone has bad connection and visits 5 pages, reloading each one every time, I would capture this visit in the segment, while I would be interested only in visits where one page is reloaded more than once...I guess what I would need is a component that captures for example "number of distinct pages/URLs visited", then create a calculated metric such as "reload...

Segment to identify refreshes (multiple pageviews on the same page in one visit)? florianag - Adobe Analytics
Hi all,How would you go at creating a segment to identify cases where a visitor repeatedly refreshed a page during a single visit? We had a case of non-malicious potential bot traffic, and one of the isolating factors for the traffic (which we could not identify by IP, due to internal anonimization rules) was that the same page was visited and refreshed an unusually large amount of time. We would like to run the same analysis site-wide, to then reverse engineer potential instances of this type of...

Re: Hour of day report does not change by time zone, is this correct? florianag - Adobe Analytics
Follow-up question on this: if I use a VRS for a single time zone (Hong Kong, to be specific, vs CET in the main one), what happens with visits across time periods? For example, I'm doing a report with visits by day, and I know that visits spanning across midnight will count both for day 1 and day 2. But which midnight would be use? The CET one, as it is the one used in the main report suite, or the HK one, which is the one I would use for the VRS?

Hour of day report does not change by time zone, is this correct? florianag - Adobe Analytics
Hi all,Just a quick confirmation on this, if I look at traffic by hour of day, it will all be classified depending on the time zone set in my report suite. So if I have one visit coming from Tokyo at 10pm, and my report suite is set to CET Rome, I will actually see one visit at 2pm in the Hour of Day report. In order to fix this, I either create a VRS and set a different time zone (JST in this case), or manually reorganize traffic based on the country it originated (or creating a time zone segment...

Hi Arun, thank you for the reply, I think this is what I was looking for! I didn't realize granular time could be used as "metric" even if it is a dimension

How to use time spent in segments florianag - Adobe Analytics
Hi, I'm having some doubts on how to use information on time on site.Specifically I would like to build a segment such as:Visitors who spent at least 20 seconds on page XThis means that I would like to include Visitor A, who spent only 5 seconds on the page the first time, but 20 seconds the second time he visited the page. I also want to exclude Visitor B who spent 15 seconds on page X the first time, and 45 seconds on page Y during a 60 seconds visit.I worry that if I use Average time on page,...

Re: Update totals update for filtered results florianag - Adobe Analytics
I'd recommend the option with segment only. The main issue with using "display only selected rows" (which is why for me it is always the last option), is that the total will reflect the sum of the rows, not the actual total after deduplication. This can cause issues when the metrics included are particularly sensible to deduplication, for example unique visitors.

Re: Hide Only Selected Rows florianag - Adobe Analytics
Possible turnarounds:* Create segment to exclude the element you do not want to see in the table row and apply to the column element* Select all the elements in the table with the SHIFT key, CTRL + click on the one you do not want, and select "display only selected rows"Hope this helps!

Possibility to group Workspace schedule projects florianag - Adobe Analytics
We have reports that are sent to the same people or group of people that are created in different workspaces, for data collection reason, but that are sent at the same time. I think it could be useful to have an option to group together the delivery of multiple workspace files in the same email, instead of sending three, four, five emails at the same time.In some cases, we have this issue also due to the fact that currently it's not possible to split PDFs in multiple pages, so we cannot combine ...

Re: Workspace: Option to breakdown dimensions dynamically / automatically when time moves florianag - Adobe Analytics
Hello, commenting here to raise this issue again as it seems it has not been implemented yet.I also have various reports that include breakdown and we have to modify manually before each one is sent out, which is very time consuming. I agree there should be a box that includes the list of breakdown dimensions and items to display per each one (other feature I'd love to have, as now I have to go and modify the number of displayed items in the breakdown manually for each entry). I imagine it a bit...

How to report on Object ID florianag - Adobe Analytics
Hi,I'm not sure if this question pertains only the setup of Adobe Analytics at my company.I use Omnibug as tracking call debugger. Omnibug lists among all other information the "Object ID", which corresponds in most cases to the current page URL or the name of the clicked link on the page. It appears as "oid=https" in the full URL for the call.Where can I get data to report on this? I mainly use Workspace, so I would highly prefer to find it there, but anywhere else is fine. I've asked at collea...

Mapping a visitor journey florianag - Adobe Analytics
Hi all,I'm looking for the best way to map a visitor journey through a site. I am currently testing out the Flow report in Workspace, and the Next Page report. My main issue is that I am looking at a page with 133 links available on the page, yet the Next Page report gives me roughly 707 URLs as second step, and the Flow report gives me 732 URLs in the second step. First question is: How is this possible?Second question is: Could you recommend the best tool/report/visualization to properly track...

Re: Ability to Use "User Selected Panel Date and Date Range" as Variable for Custom Date Range or Segment florianag - Adobe Analytics
Not sure if that can help, or probably you knew this already, but you can create custom time ranges and apply them within tables to your liking, as many as you want, independently from the time range of the panel. In the "Components" panel, you click the button +New at top and select Create Date Range.

Re: [WORKSPACE] avoid "Show Anomalies" as default setting florianag - Adobe Analytics
Have you tried asking this through the customer care service? I honestly think very few people actually look at that... Maybe they can add an option to disable it from the AA account personal settings.
