I totally agree - i find this ridiculous that you can't show click through rate either (just number of clicks and its click ranking).

For site metrics like pageviews or visits, you can currently only get last week or last 52 weeks, but no percentage changes. But for ranked other reports (like pages, keywords etc), you can.
