Tie Reports & Alerts so they can be used & managed together. I don't
think this is a new idea but it bears repeating because the current
Alerts are really lame (sorry!). We need to know which Report created a
given Alert, and which Alerts have been created for a given Report.
Currently we are managing the relationships in an Excel spreadsheet
which is totally bogus. And our users hate the Alert emails because they
are missing info (like the metric) and they have nowhere to go to get
