I agree completely as well.  I'm calculating the metric so I can assess total value...not the value of each line in a report.  It seems straight forward enough to provide cumulative totals for Numberic and $ defined calculated metrics. Must have it.

We use Adobe Analytics (and other tools) globally.  The date format defaults to US which is different from rest of world.  March 31, 2011 is 3/31/11 in US and 31/3/11 elsewhere.
