I've been experimenting with the Strapi headless CMS, and it seems like an efficient way to put together RESTful web services. I'd like to use it as the back end for an AEM forms data integration. This would save me the trouble of building out all the parts of a RESTful service for every form. Unfortunately, there seems to be a lot of friction between these two tools. For example, Strapi supports only the current standard for API definitions, OpenAPI 3.0, which is the successor to Swagger. AEM f...

I've updated my 6.5 quickstart using the service pack aem-service-pkg-6.5.1.zip and I've installed adobe-aemfd-win-pkg-6.0.88.zip. I want to review the WeGov reference site, so I've tried to install we-gov-forms.pkg.all-1.0.4.zip.However, during the installation, an error pops up announcing that package "undefined" could not be installed. Subsequently, trying to use the redirector to the reference site, e.g. http://localhost:4502/wegov, produes an error message, "A custom errorhandler for 404 re...

I want to set up and study the reference sites for AEM forms 6.5 in my local AEM quickstarts. I'm slowly working my way through the instructions found here and I've come to a step labelled "Override default XSS configuration." This directs me to replace an almost 4 kilobyte, painfully complex regular expression with one that's vastly shorter. Is this actually correct, or is this step left over from a previous version? Thank you,Tony

My organization has AEM and AEM Forms, but my team is having a hard time working out practical uses. It's all well and good to design a form for end users, but how can we share user's inputs with other systems? If 500 customers request a widget be mailed to them, we should not have to re-key their information into an order-taking system; we should be able to access the data using an API, a web service or REST endpoint, etc. The order taking system should then be able to change the form status af...
