Hi all,We've recently given Adobe Campaign users access to upload their own images via the File Resources function. However, they are uploading images of huge file size. We would ideally like to restrict them from doing this.I notice there's no file size field available. Is this possible? If so, how?Many thanks,Rob

Hi all,We currently have an issue where data is not passing through the enrichment. It takes roughly 14 hours then times out. However, when we add a split on the enrichment it does pass through with less data. This suggests the issue is not with the workflow.The current throughput we’re getting is 100 emails every 45mins. Hi all,I have followed the guide for integrating SMS into Adobe Campaign. Firstly I setup the external account and then built an SMS delivery. However, the SMS deliveries are stuck on 'Start Pending' and not sending, for both proofs and live sends.I'm wondering if this could be because the technical workflows need to be running for the sending process to begin? Second screenshot shows the technical Message Center workflows not running.If not, what else would cause the deliveries to not get past ...

Hi,I am looking to setup a generic auto-reply email from a fake sender address. Is this possible to setup in Adobe Campaign?The 'Reply address' is setup correctly to email a real mailbox, however, the issue is that customers are copying the sender address (syndication@email3.telegraph.co.uk), emailing it in a new email and not getting any response.Thanks,Rob

Deliveries and queries getting stuck

Hi,We are having an occasional issue whereby queries and deliveries get stuck. They are permanently flashing blue and as they are not failing we do not get an error alert. The 'stuck' delivery uses a recurring delivery. I believe this is getting stuck due to network errors, as shown in logs below.We have a script that automatically restarts a workflow when it fails (below).
