Allow the intra company sitecatalyst contact a 'master' password to log
in to user's profile for troubleshooting. I've been part of several
threads that include screenshots and whatnot displaying a particular
request is not working. For. e.g. the other day I was requested to allow
a user access to a country suite. However, even after I gave him access,
he was unable to see the country report and replied with a screen shot
to prove it. In that situation I would have loved to log-in to his
profile...
