It would be great if the blue Verified Page/Profile icons displayed in the moderation feeds. This would create greater visibility of comments made by verified accounts.

I would love the ability to view a moderation feed in reverse chronological order. We moderate oldest comments to newest so having to scroll down to scroll up each time is frustrating.

I'd like the visibility of our segment tags in Unified Moderation. This would mean if we had tagged someone's profile, this would show a little coloured tag when one of their comments appears in a moderation feed.

Create additional Escalation Moderator groups - Adobe Social 05-07-2015
We have a need to create more than one Escalation Moderator groups. Currently when you escalate something to 'Escalation Moderators' it is sent to every user within that group. If you remove people from that group, you also lose the ability to escalate anything to them. I'd like everyone to remain on the list but introduce the functionality where you can create specific escalation groups based on a department or work unit, etc.

Add a share function in Unified Moderation where you can forward a Facebook comment or tweet to a colleague via email. This would be used for people who don't use the Adobe Social system but should be made aware of certain online comments.

When resolving an escalated item, you should be able to add notes about the actions taken. For example: f not action is required, then adding a note explaining this would be of great benefit.

Auto mark comments as read after action has been taken on the Author Details or View Details pages - Adobe Social 29-03-2015
When responding to a comment from the Author Details page, it should automatically appear as read after returning to Moderation. The same should apply when taking action on the View Details page. When returning to the Moderation screen, the comment that has been actioned should now appear as read.
