Has anyone advice or experiences you can share around creating a shareable dashboard view of live test KPIs - ideally through native Adobe tools, but will also consider API integration? As our volume of activities grow, current methods of manually transferring into other tools for reporting is making daily /weekly monitoring and maintenance a an ever growing overhead and we need a more efficient process. Have looked at various third party tools to ingest the API ( e.g. Iridon) but all seem to ha...

Sorry to unearth a two-year old post - but i also cannot find any documentation about these pre-built audiences.Specifically i want to know what the definition of a "test" is here, does it cover all activities types,(including XT,s and recommendations for example) or just A/B and MVT "tests".Perhaps someone from Adobe could point us to the correct help docs?

Yes that should work. You can define multiple elements from different pages within a single goal so triggering any of them is a success.Only other consideration without seeing your form is if you could potentially have people clicking/tapping a submit button but then failing to proceed due to any field validation in your form, and so dropping out and not truly "converting".More details and a video on how to set this up here: Click tracking

Agree with Eric 's answer here - Unless there's something more complicated going on you have not told us about then your conversion goal is the same in both experiences, so "viewed a page" where page = abc.html will work fine. You could also use a click goal instead, by selecting the appropriate different elements from both your a and b pages in the VEC - (basically adding "or" conditions between the elements) but i'd stick with the simpler and probably slightly more robust URL matching.

Thanks Eric, The A4T considerations were raised from here- Redirect offers - A4T FAQ but will give your method a try and see what happens in the data. We manage mbox cookies at a domain level, so i'm hoping the as we are only changing subdomains, these should persist as if it is a single website.e.g. www.test.com Vs ww2.test.com

Thanks for the detailed response Eric. Feels like we are on the right lines.A bespoke redirect in JS would give us more flexibility, although I thought from what i'd read is that only the out of the box redirects keep the data in synch between both the Mbox and Analytics calls firing correctly at different positions on the page the redirect happening as part. All our previous redirect tests with custom JS have produced messy conversion data in an A4T activity,I presume this is what you mean about...

Hi, Has anyone had any recent experiences, or advice to offer for configuring a multi-page redirect test between two sub-domains? The concept is fairly simple – but I am anticipating some complications in achieving a robust test. It could be thought of as a/b testing a new version of an entire eCommerce website from www.example.com to ww2.example.com One complexity is that some of the URL structure on the new website is not the same as the original so there are two types of redirects needed: a) ...

No worries - I figured it out it uses $criteria.title. Would be helpful to have this kind of specification in the documentation (unless i am just missing it) rather than through trial and error.

Hi - Did you get an answer to this issue? We are about to launch first recommendations, and can't find anywhere that explains how to define this in the design code so that this "display title" is output in the recommendations markup. We can hard-code a title for launch, but would ideally use the same design to deliver multiple criteria so a dynamic title is needed.

Hi all,I'm looking for some further clarification about how this effects returning users this in an a/b test across multiple sessions. We regularly use new visitor audience as entry condition aiming for cleaner entries into a test and avoid bias from customers who are already mid purchase.I had assumed that when this visitor returns in a second or subsequent session they are obviously no longer "new", but as they are already bucketed in to the test group they would continue to be shown the same c...

Hi Kens,So I understand correctly - you are not necessarily wanting to redirect to a completely different page, but basically add a parameters to the same page, and reload? Instead of trying the in-built redirect feature, this could be done with some simple javascript to add the parameter. There are a few ways to achieve this but a short way that might be suitable for your test case is this custom code:window.location.search += '&param=xyz';i see it has been a few weeks since you posted, so hope ...
