Hi,I am curious about what data is categorized under the mobile pane in web-based report suites. These report suites are set up to capture data from normal website instead of mobile site. Hence, does that mean the data under mobile pane come from people who use mobile device to browse our normal website? Thanks!

Similar error happened when we try to create a second report when I tried earlier today. Discover became unresponsive after the first report. I have to re-login to create a second report.

I see. Thanks. 1) I wonder what the difference for the following 2 segments. Could you please explain to me? note that my "day of the week" Evar expires after visit.Anyway, the above 2 segments won't generate any bookings as my evar expires after visit, I guess. However, if I use the visitor container, the segment will be a lot larger which makes the filter not so accurate. 2) Alright, I dont think such a segment(visits on Monday THEN at least a booki...

Thanks Akhil and Tyler.Btw, 3 questions here.First, I think there is some error with Discover. After generating/creating the first report, I would not be able to open up another report in the same tab or in a new tab. I think there is a bug. Second, I noticed a lot of dimensions have instance appended to the end of the name. For example, Day of the week(eVar 6) and Day of the week instance. Are they the same? Which one should I use for my case? Btw, is my following container correct? By "After 1...

Yes, I do. Using that segment (which have the criteria of a visitor viewing your site on Monday, and THEN, after one visit but within one day, or one week, or whatever period of time you're interested in considering, comes back and views some other page, or takes some action), I should go to key metrics report and check for the number of unique visitors on Tuesday? Btw, I think there is some error with Discover. After generating/creating the first report, I would not be able to open up another r...

I would like to investigate a case. We think that our customers probably come to our website on Mondays to check out our promotion as we usually have new promotion on Mondays. Then, they come back to purchase on Tuesdays after comparing prices at our competitors. What is the best way to investigate this?I compared key metrics for Mondays and Tuesdays but don't find much trend through it. Thanks!

I see. This is rather inconvenient as data warehouse reports usually take time to be processed. I think for this case, using Report Builder would be slightly easier compared to using Data Warehouse.Could you escalate my suggestion (add row option for cross-tabulated reports and sum for cross-tabulated data) to the correct team so that Adobe Analytic can be enhanced?

I found that referral for our advertisement that was served through mediamind on selected websites, was not detected. All this advertisement coming to our website from 3rd party websites seems to be treated as Type/Bookmarked traffic (according to what is displayed on digitalPulse debugger).Has anyone had the same experience? Alright, I did that segment by setting entry page as my landing page and tracking ID as my tracking ID and went to original referring domains report and referring domains report. Comparing data from both reports for the same time frame, I expected to see same number. However, that did not happen. So, that led me to think that even by setting the same time frame, the original referring domain will still look for the very first referrer that brought the visitors, those are in my segment, to my web...

For your information, the tracking ID is tagged with an url posted on facebook and twitter. Using that report, I understand that there are about 26 thousands unique visitors who have clicked that URL that was tagged with that tracking ID. By breaking down for referring domains, I see that about 14.9k of unique visitors came from facebook while about 9k of unique visitors came by typing/bookmarking the url of my website. There are also many other random referring domains associated with this trac...

By the way, we had already got the report. After discussing with another colleague, we managed to get an IP report (geo-segmented by Switzerland) from data warehouse broken down by time visitors spend on the site and also on pages. We can see that there are a lot of IP from Switzerland that stays on our site for less than 15 sec(it seems that 15 sec is the minimum unit). We are investigating these IPs.

Thanks for that information. I did not know about that. However, does that mean without enabling "Cross-Device Visitor Identification" or "Visitor Stitching" (which is not enabled by default), Site Catalyst treats the same user who opens multiple browsers(chrome, firefox, IE etc) on the SAME device as multiple unique visitors? Since this method requires login authentication from the owner's website which we do not always implement, that means this "Visitor Stitching" does not work very well for ...

ok. you might be right but how could the sum be zero in the case 2? There has to be a number for the sum when each individual item has a value. What do you think?2nd way(clicking the plus sign to break down-classification hierarchy): Campaigns>Tracking Code>Channel Names> Channel of X (then filter for X)

What about this specific example? We post on Facebook and advertise on Facebook using the image ad on the side bar.Regarding this, can we track anyone that has seen Facebook image ad but do not click that ad to come to our website to make a purchase? By putting the tracking at onload, it works if the image ad is on our website and hence we have a control over it. What about those external advertisement that appear somewhere outside our website?
