Hello, No, I don't see anything in an AEM log that the service or AEM was even started. The service is supposed to write to a crx-quickstart/logs/startup.log file but that file isn't even being created.

We are starting to experience this problem as well. We are running AEM forms 6.2So far the only difference seems to be the the users getting the error are running Chrome on a Windows 10 machine.Using Chrome on a Windows 7 machine seems to work ok.

We have a process where after a step there are three route choices. Each route checks the value of a process variable, let's call it ReviewType. Each of the three route choices is looking for a different value.
