Re: [AEP Community QnA Coffee Break] 7/21/22, 10:30am PT: Adobe Experience Platform Experts Travis Jordon - Adobe Experience Platform 21-07-2022
If your use case is to send event data from your site/web app via Web SDK to Experience Edge, and then you need to send that event data to a call center or other system via web API, you could do that through event forwarding, and it would be very fast. "Real time" there would largely depend on the call center API performance. If you need to get profile data to some downstream system like a call center CRM or issue management system, you could look at an HTTP API Destination https://experiencelea...

Hey @SatheeskannaK, if you are talking about exporting a file (table) with one column of email addresses, and 20 more columns for each segment, with "yes" or "no" in each of those segment columns, I think the easiest way to approach that would be through Query Service. Or if you currently have access to Data Science Workspace, or using the Platform APIs. You could also check out this post for other ideas.

There are a few different Data Element types that can be used to get, set, and return an object. Cookie, Custom Code, JavaScript Variable, Local Storage, and others, for example. More details here: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-platform/tags/ui/data-elements.html

Re: Adobe Launch - General Info & Questions - Adobe Experience Platform Data Collection 14-11-2017
Hey Steven, there are GDPR features available with the Evidon and TrustArc extensions currently and we will be adding additional extensions with similar functionality over time. As the extension catalog expands, expect to see more options for opt-out in many varieties.

There will be options to deploy Launch asynchronously. Of course, should you choose that approach you also accept the limits in using the system imposed by the fact you're deploying Launch itself asynchronously. For example, testing and optimization tools that require synchronous deployment in the section of the document to facilitate content swapping would no longer be capable of producing the expected behavior.

Will the xyz extension include certain features that I want? The features available in any extension depend entirely on the extension developer – if they build a feature into the extension, then that feature becomes available in Launch through the extension. Adobe doesn’t “require” any specific functionality in third party extensions beyond conforming to the development guides and standards.

Re: Adobe Launch - General Info & Questions - Adobe Experience Platform Data Collection 27-03-2017
What is it?Launch is the next generation of our tag management capability, and it's built into Adobe Cloud Platform. Along with over 20 new features (including a new rule builder, more robust publishing workflow, 100% API powered) Launch allows our clients and partners to build, manage, and update their own integrations. This will give our customers easy access to a vast catalog of client side technologies (Adobe and partners) which allows them to make compelling experiences faster than ever bef...

Re: saving an object or array in a data element in Adobe Dynamic Tag Manager - Dynamic Tag Management 15-10-2015
Ok, I thought you were creating the object in the Data Element. If you have an array like var items = ['foo', 'bar', {key: 'value'}] either in a data element or in the DOM (in the page), or in a custom script section in DTM, you could reference elements of the array in a few ways: items[2].key // returns 'value' from the above array _satellite.data.customVars.object_test[2].key // returns 'value' from a data element called object_test that contains the array _satellite.data.customVars.object_test...
