The "report suite" selection is here at right corner finally. It disappeared and therefore was confusing.  

Okay. An answer has been found myself. We cannot select report suite on the following page when setting up raw report via data warehouse. We have to go to Reports tab (Top bar) > Select "report suite" at the top-right corner > go back to Data warehouse > Setup and Request a report  

I have several data report suites (e.g., dev and prod report suite) in which there are different data.How to select the report suite on Data Warehouse so I can generate raw data report for dev and prod report suite?
