In the update module set the "Team ID" of the object to "TeamID of the WF Team" this should set the team and show the task assigned to TeamId.

I wish automatic status update is available through the Approval process similar to how we can define in our approval which status to set on rejection. 

Would love to have an option in the approval process that allows the user set up to "Choose what happens when the approval is Accepted" similar to the current option- "Choose what happens when the approval is rejected:" to avoid unnecessary manual step to update the status. 

This Idea was added back in 2019, was hopeing to see an update. I feel this is a legitimate ask as showing a brief description about the report helps when users see a set of reports together in their Dashboard.
