  • I'm surprised this hasn't gotten more traction. This is a major issue for us.   • Yes! We now have to turn everything single request into a Task as you can't track billable time to an Issue. Allowing new requests to be a Task immediately would eliminate a lot of unnecessary clicking and busy work. Also, it would reduce comments on the issue and the Task if the initial user did...
