  • Fields with display logic can still be required. They would only be considered required if/when they display. For example, you can have a "Department" field that only displays when a "Division" is first chosen. Once the "Department" field is visible it would be required. If no "Division" were selecte...

  • Not sure if I'm reading your question correctly, but are you saying that:If the Request Type = Non-Campaign AND the Strategy = Marketing, then you want NCM?If so, then I think either of these would work:Option A:IF({DE:Collateral Routing Request Type}='Non-Campaign' && {DE:What is the primary purpos...

  • I'm not sure I understand the question. But if your tasks don't have any predecessors set, then they should inherit the value in the project's Planned Start Date for that task's Planned Start Date. If you're building your Gantt Chart at the project level, you'd be utilizing these fields:project:plan...

  • Gantt charts display using the Planned Start / End Dates. You have the option to switch to Projected Dates instead and also to have a visual indicator (green triangle) display when the Actual Dates occur. If you're at the Task level, you can also choose to have a visual indicator (red pin) display a...

  • Give this a try (on a Task report). This should build a bulleted list of any tasks that have a status of In Progress and have at least 1 child task. The list will show the name of the task and the % complete of that task.displayname=Parent Task - % Completelinkedname=taskslistdelimiter=<div>listmeth...

  • Any reason you can't do this as a Task-Level Report and then just group by Project? It would be very simple as a Task-Level report (no Text-Mode needed).

  • I use this in Text Mode to get the name of the person who created the proof. • Regarding your first comment, a user must have administrative access to be able to log time for projects, tasks, and issues in the Hours section. There's more information about that in the "Project, task, or issue - Hours Section" on this page: Documentation > Workfront > Workfront Guide > Log time....

  • You'll want to build an "Assignment" report and not a "Task" report. You can't easily delineate the assignees of a task on a Task-Level report (without doing something complicated with a calculation inside of a list). If you build an "Assignment" report you can display both the Task >> Status (which ...

  • My understanding is "no" since a non-connected card has no associated project, and therefore wouldn't be able to be displayed in the same widget as project work. I'm guessing this is why there's a "Boards" widget for the home screen.
