Client is routinely using issues as a forum for updates that should not appear openly on the general project update feed. Would like the ability to have a restricted sharing issue pre-built into project templates.

Right now all users can see all teams, which can make for a long dropdown list. It would make for a cleaner user experience if users only saw teams they were on or that had been shared with them.

When a user is deactivated, their open issues, tasks, and projects often need to be transferred to their replacement. A way to automatically do this from the deactivation window would save admins from finding objects and reassigning them manually.
