As Maurette said before, I find it very frustrating that we loose the 4
weeks prior and 52 weeks prior when switching to last 30 days, last or
actual month in the calendar.Please adjust this feature for these use
cases! And this feature should also be available for other reports.
When using the function "Ask a question" in the help section we always
use the provided field Tracking code for own defined codes, so we can
find old incidents faster. In the past this works fine because this
field was displayed as column in the incident list and you could sort
this column. But now it's gone. What's the profit of a tracking code if
you can't search or sort it in the incident list. Please give us this
I posted nearly the same to ClientCare roundabout a year ago
(090930-000171). I can't understand why a solution is so difficult. By
the way for me and our users it seems to be more a bug than a feature
request. So please solve this problem!
