Lookalike audience in AEP shows no data

Hi,

I created a look alike audience in AEP, however, I am not seeing any data.  Any idea why that would be the case.  The base audience has data.

When did you create the audience ?

It takes some time for it to get processed. Till the processing is complete, profile count shows up as 0.

Also, what is your volume of base audience ? The profile count in the base audience ?

Let's check the following:

What is the profile count for the base audience ?

Is this a a development sandbox ?

Do you have other look alike audiences as well in the sandbox?

We can dig deeper into it based on the above.

Hi @abhinavbalooni ,

The profile count for the base audience is around 400K and it's in production sandbox.  This is the first look alike that was created to test out this feature.

@CBSIMP That's a pretty good volume to create a look-alike audience.

Would suggest raising a support ticket for this one. Might be a backend issue with the processing.
