Is it possible to integrate Adobe Audience Manager in Adobe Animate cc?

I have two Adobe Air apps developed with Adobe Animate CC. I am looking to integrate a GDPR consent form in my apps that meets the requirements of IAB TCF v2.0. I would like to know if Adobe Audience Manager allows me to do this and - if possible - where can I find information on how to do it. Thank you!

AAM does not provide any OOB feature to act as Consent Management Platform however Audience Manager offers you tools to help support your ability to obtain the required consents from your users, so that you can deliver personalized experiences to them across channels.
