Hi there,I'm trying to add a single value to a drop-down field on a form for a landing page. None of the field's current values are visible when I attempt to edit the value list, but I can see them when I view the landing page. I don't want to change anything else on the form, other than adding a single value (Portugal) to a single field (Country).How can I edit the value list to include the new option?Also, is there a way to view the current list of values for that field, in the case that I would need to re-add the entire list of values in order to include the new value?Thank you!Mar

I've probably read this before but can't find the answer...If I want to add a program into my stream I obviously will put it at the top so it's the next cast (ex every 2 weeks) to go out. But if that campaign that I added has multiple emails (ex 4 emails) separated by wait steps (ex a week in between)... how will this work timing-wise?Would it be like this:wk 1 - email 1wk2 - email 2wk3 - email 3 AND next email in castwk4 - email 4Or something else?

We are placing Marketo forms on non-Marketo landing pages using the form HTML (not as an iframe).  Will we need to add javascript to our pages to capture the URL Parameters, or can we leave the form set-up as-is and the Marketo code will handle the rest?

We're looking to convert our Lead Source Details field from a text field to a picklist to make it easier for the reps to choose the correct value.  My concern is for situations like with content where I have my program set up with a flow step to assign specific lead source details to correspond with a content download.  Will setting the field up as a picklist cause these flow steps to not work?

For some reason, my calendar token is formatting half of the text (larger and color) and the other half is plain and how the token normally looks. Ideas on why it's doing this?

Having difficulties getting this work.

I've started learning how to use Marketo and currently I am attempting to Salesforce Sync. I have followed the documentation, and I've gotten to the sync step. I am using a Salesforce sandbox and want to use a Marketo sandbox, but am not sure how to accomplish this. Any advice or direction is appreciated.

So I'd built a landing page with dynamic content and was using segmentations to deliver that content. Now that we've reevaluated our page, we wont be needing the segmentations at all. Only problem is, I'm unable to remove the segments from the landing page. There's really no need to create more work by simply duplicating 8 page segmentations, so is there any way to delete and or un-associate those segments?It seems easy to set them up, but impossible to remove.Any suggestions?

Hey Marketo Community,I noticed today that when I clicked on a Program in Marketing Activities that the listing of Members by Program Status now has a status for Not in Program. That is certainly not once of my statuses that I've set up in Admin. I know there is the option to remove someone from a program by changing their status to "Not in Program" but I thought it wasn't a real status, just a way to remove poeple from programs. Am I missing something here? Isn't the number of members in a program who are not in the program always 0?Thanks.

However we have separate lists that we want to pull into the first stream, and not sure the best way to go about this. Any thoughts/experience with this?

We have created multiple marketo landing page templates in our set up, but do we need to include our munchkin tracking code in these or is it handled automatically?

We have a webinar program and some registered members we have now decided we want rejected so they cannot access the live webinar. We've tried to update the status but can't roll the status back. The event provider is webex.What I'm wondering is if we remove the members we want rejected from the program and then re-upload them into the program with the rejected status, will that then update Webex as rejected?We have spoken with Webex and they said rejecting from the webex side may break some of the API logic.

Hi,I have a question regarding webhooks exception handling.I have created a webhook which is called when a form is submitted. This webhooks send the lead data to a webservice( which is very critical to our business). My question is if the webservice is down, how the webhook will handle it.  Would webhook take any action or sends the lead info later when the webservice  is up again?Would webhook sends  any notification to administrator? Thanks

I'm putting together an engagement program where I have 3 total emails and 2 streams.  I want to add milestones and lead scores to those prospects who interact with the content, not have them automatically receive these changes when they don't open the email.  Is there a good way to do this?  I find that it is not possible since you cannot have triggers in the flow steps.

We have a list of prospects loaded into Marketo (not Salesforce yet). We execute a campaign and one of the people we emailed contacts one of our sales people via email/phone.What would now be the easiest way for the sales person to make this happen? (i.e. create the lead in Salesforce that is linked to the Marketo record)

Hi all - Quick question I want to make sure I am understanding correctly:I have a lead nurturing program that runs over the course of a number of months. The actual sends of emails is managed through a singular smart campaign, with wait steps of X duration in between the main flow steps.If I have a recurring campaign to change status of certain members to "Not In Program," will it remove these people totally, even if they are in the middle of the campaign (in a wait step, for example)? I believe it does, just want to verify.Thanks
