I have a Send Alert attribute in the Flow stage of a Smart Campaign that is currently set up to send an Alert to two Salesforce users using the "To Other Emails" box. However, Marketo is only sending the alert directly to the first user and then CC'ing the next user into the email. Is there any way to send the email alert directly 'To' two users, rather than sending the alert 'To' the first user and then CC'ing subsequent users in on the alert?

This question doesn't exactly deal with Marketo but rather CANSPAM in general.  If your sales reps are using Salesforce to send one to one communications to prospects do we have to include an unsubscribe on the email message?

I was able to do this last week, but now I can't recreate it.How do you set it so that the Smart Campaign name defaults as the utm_campaign parameter?Thanks

I have come across this when researching using segmentation's and segments "Rules: Segments use Smart Lists to create hard coded groupings for dynamic content. Choose these rules carefully because they define the Segment and the first time a Lead qualifies, it joins the Segment forever."My question is centered around "joins the Segment forever". Do the segments move people in and out based upon the rules?  In my opinion if you don't qualify for the segment anymore you should be dropped. We have a B2B database and this data is constantly changing so perhaps its better to use smart lists.

We are sending out an email with 3 url's and I was wondering if Marketo lets you track who clicked on which link?

All,I'm having an issue with iOS 9 freezing every time I execute  the  DPS Nav toggle function.  This happens on the Adobe Gesture Examples that were provided as well as my html page; both of which work perfectly on iOS 8.onClick="adobeDPS.Gesture.toggleNavigationUI()"is this a known issue? 

My app, created with Adobe DPS 2015, was rejected by Apple.-----Restoring In-App PurchaseWe found that your app includes a feature to restore previously purchased In-App Purchase products by entering the user's Apple ID and password. However, the application does not have any In-App Purchases that can be restored. It would be appropriate to revise your binary to remove this feature.-----I can't find where I can edit or disable the “account” app menu button, that takes the user to the “Restore In-App Purchase” option, that is not working.Since I'm publishing a free magazine with free articles, the initial idea is that no login is needed with any account neither the “Restore In-App Purchase” option would be available.Is there a way to disable the account menu button?orHow do I configure the “Restore In-App Purchase” option?Thanks,Valmir.

As we move more towards account-based marketing, and names originate in Salesforce as contacts under accounts rather than leads, just wondering if people are creating a "Contact Status" to provide an indication to marketing as to what's happening with that contact prior to an opportunity being created. If you are creating a Contact Status field, are you mirroring Lead Status values? Or taking a different approach. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Can you start with creating your layouts/cards/content.or should you be uploading content/designing your cards, then structuring your layout?It has also been nerve racking trying to view your content.  I have been using the "preview" button etc and publishing content to my test app, but most times, nothing appears... after going though all the other options and making sure content has cards and layouts attached to what I am actually trying to view... still a blank screen.Has anyone else had these issues, and found solutions?  is there a "proper" protocol for structure?thanks.

Is the ability to edit field mappings and delete/edit salesforce fields just a feature in a higher level of Marketo that I don't have or does everyone have to submit a ticket to have these things edited/deleted/merged?Background: Recently, after much coaxing I became the salesforce admin for my company after our previous guy just kept getting too happy with custom field creation and have a bunch of crap that needs to be cleaned, deleted and consolidated (stuff like custom state and country fields that he created that have the same name in sfdc...no idea why).  Basically it just keeps confusing people and we are ending up with data split between fields of the same name because some sales rep selected the wrong country field, or assignment rules weren't working because the admin set them up with the country field that marketo didn't map to.  It is a bit of a cluster-f@$%.  Anyway...my team has submitted three tickets to have a couple fields merged (just 2)....the first time it was ignore

Yesterday, my app was working fine. I finally decided to play around with using my own fonts and FINALLY got them to work properly. But right after that, my app just started crashing every time I open it. I get to the splash screen, then boom, it's down.I've tried removing the fonts files and reloading the app, still not working.I've tried creating a new app file and loading that. Same thing.Any thoughts? I'm much more of a design person trying to build this without knowing too much code/technical stuff. Most importantly, I'm finally supposed to show it to my superiors today to figure out if we can budget this in for our publication. Please help.

Hello,We`ve been doing several updates on our collections on an app. Is there a way for the updates to be automatic so the user wouldn`t have the need to accept it everytime he access the app?Regarding these updates on the Android, is it possible to generate a single update requisition for the user? The iOS has a single action for a group of updates whereas with the Android version the user needs to accept every single update.Thanks,

Our Sales Team often wants to see creative in context with a lead record when talking to a customer in order to help see what the customer is responding to. With a print activity we typically upload a PDF of the creative to the campaign in Salesforce. We can do similar for an email, but with A/B testing and other variables it becomes too time consuming to do manually.Has anyone had success using Marketo to pass a graphic representation (JPG, PNG, etc.) of the creative from Design Studio or a link to the email into a Salesforce campaign? I'm wondering if it is possible, worth the time, etc.Thanks,Bill

In the old DPS I could upload all my articles to the folio builder and when I made a change in the article I could update it in the folio builder with the click of a button. How do you do this in DPS 2015? Do you have to re-save a new article file and then upload it again to the online portal?

Hey everyone,I'm trying to get a sense of how many active triggers other Marketo users are using. I understand every instance and business are unique in their own way and this is a very broad question. Currently my database has a total of 526,671 leads with 1,305 active campaigns. I believe our number of active campaigns is pretty high which is significantly slowing down our instance. Additionally, is there a known number of active campaigns known to directly affect the performance of Marketo? Any insight of quick number of active campaigns would be greatly appreciated.Thanks!-Mike

I am new to Marketo and I would like to know if anyone has leveraged a Marketo opt-out form with individual levels of opt-out based on content (ie. Newsletters, marketing info, events)? With Canada becoming CASL compliance, it would be beneficial to have individual opt-out content.

I setup up my PROJECT with direct entitlement service:a. INTEGRATOR IDb. APPLICATION IDc. SUBSCRIPTION URLd. FORGOT PASSWORD URL02. I have not found another place to setup the direct entitlement service.There is only the configuration option in the PROJECT, right?03. I setup my application for IOS and ANDROID.In the IOS version, there is an option "MY ACCOUNT" in the menu. But this option works with iTunes authentication, only.In the ANDROID version, there is no option in the menu.I did something wrong?04. In the DPS 2014, I was using the PRIVATE/PUBLIC options in the folios, to control my customers licence.This option I haven't found in the COLLECTION or in the ARTICLE, in the DPS 2015.I´m still reading the DPS2015 documentation available at Digital Publishing Solution Support.I´m still testing.Thank's for any information about the direct

Has anyone had experience using the Random Sample add choice feature but not using a 50/50 split?For example, assume the setup for Send Email step is if Random Sample is 10, then send Email A, and default choice is send Email B. The result, I assume, would be 10% of recipients receive Email A and 90 of recipients receive Email B. However, what happens if you have Do Nothing for the default step?Do 10% of recipients receive Email A and 90% receive nothing? Also, are those 90% counted as members of the smart campaign?Thanks
