Hi I have started using AEM 6.0, one of customer requirement is to persist the user generated data in MongoMK, now how to approach that I can't find any good document on this topic, although adobe documentation is there but it is not enough. My problem is that I have been able to run the AEM author with Mongo DB , but whenever I enter any comments in Geometrix site , I am unableto find where the data goes because there are tons of data in nodes collection and blobs collection.Can some one provide some pointers on theseThanksIndranil

Environment: AEM 6.0 + sp2 + hotfix-6167 + hotfix-5918 + hotfix-6109I used AssetManager API to upload about 50thousand asset into AEM instance, it will crash soon(Total 400GB, upload about 30GB, then crash).Does anyone have suggestion about this? Thanks in advance!Kelvin

Hi,Currently, I am working on a workflow where I wanted to allow the author/user of the workflow to provide the 'goto' step, and then move the workflow execution to that step( or node), based on the user input. How to make the workflow to move to any particular participation step or process step ?Any suggestions will be highly appreciated.Thanks.  

Hi Guys,I got a problem that CQ consumed a plenty of disk capacity because of we copy DAM from other server without disabling the launchers of workflow.I find the workflow writes a lot of data under /etc/workflow/instances. I want to delete the data under this node to release the disk.I try to delete it from (URL server:4502/crx/explorer) console, but this is very slow.Does anyone know a more fast way to delete these data from repository?If it is not able to release disk by delete these data, do you know a way to release the disk?I have already runned the tar optimazition whole day, but so far it is also very slow and no any effect for this.Thanks.

We have been using first com.day.cq.wcm.foundation.Search and then com.day.cq.search.SimpleSearch to do our sitewide searching. We're moving to using QueryBuilder now as neither of the other search classes provides the flexibility we need. My question is how do I get to the Trends object that is returned by Search and SimpleSearch? I can't find anything in the documentation that tells me how I can get an instance of that class.

We can rename the cq.jar, it will start to work.but in which file it will start to write the configuration and where can see the file.What is the path to see the file.Please help me to understand the background process

Hi,We are facing a weird issue with the HTTPD server having dispatcher in it.The publisher works fine with the default content through the domain configured in HTTPD/dispatcher, but when we activate some content from author or just simply install any package on publisher we start getting the following issue:"Service Unavailable: Back-end server is at capacity"The bundle/app are working fine, the issue comes when we add content to publisher either by activation or packages.Please advise.Regards,Shishir

Current  situationI am using CQ5.6.1 . Hi ,My Client is keen to understand why need this patch called Service Pack2?What happens if we dont upgrade the AEM instance with SP2 package?Currently for our website there are not really any issues except few instance reboot timing issues and few CPU utilization going to 100% every 2-3 months time.Please let me know how Service Pack 2  update will help.

I tried using java datetimeformatter for some date manipulation in a sling servlet and ended up with the following error. I think the import statement is also correct.
