I love working with customers to enhance their Marketo and CRM implementations, and extend Marketo further into their organizations to improve their businesses. I thrive on the challenges of re-engineering business processes and Marketo implementations to take full advantage of the all the features available to Marketo customers. My experience as an administrator and senior consultant in both Microsoft Dynamics CRM and salesforce.com instances enables me to work with my customers to get the greatest impact out of the Marketo / CRM investments. My goal is to continue to develop and improve my skills, to learn from the experiences shared here in the community, and to help out on questions and topics I have some experience in!
