McDonald’s wants to create an emotional connection using Mcdvoice by receiving customer survey responses from their customers especially in the fast food industry who really enjoys the food. Customers only complete the www.mcdvoice.com survey to printed receipt offer to get bogo deals on sandwiches, but they don’t realize how Mcdonald’s restaurant uses the survey data for the store improvement in future. The answers you give on the espanol or english via www.mcdvoice.com creates bigger impact on food products they serve at the stores. Without McDonalds receipt, Mcdvoice surveys cannot be taken and the restaurant will never know if customers are getting value out of their product.
