Concern about MCE test center

One of my team member had very bad experience with one of the onsite proctored center - Cybernet Infosolutions ltd , Plot No. 24, Sec-3A, Vaishali, Opposite Cloud 9, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201010, India.

There were multiple issues:

  • Problem with internet connectivity
  • Lots of noise and they do not have any peaceful area
  • Systems malfunctioning - they changed person's location 6-7 times, all during the 90 mins of exam time

Can anyone help in getting the right contact where we can raise the concern.

The Marketo University team <university@marketo.com> is likely the best group to reach out to, they're the ones who manage the program.

Thank you Jesse, I will write to Marketo university. Since it is a serious issue, I would prefer to reach out to some specific person or team who can look into it immediately and figure out the resolution. Anyway thank you for your concern and help.
