🎧 Episode #2: Rethinking B2B GTM in the Age of AI

 

We’re about to head into the podcast studio and film Episode 2 of Thinking, With AI. This time, we are excited to chat with Jessica Kao, Director of B2B GTM Digital Transformation at Adobe.

A couple of questions from me:

  1. Everyone talks about AI creating efficiency. But are you seeing AI actually help B2B companies win deals they wouldn't have won otherwise - or is it mostly just cutting costs?
  2. Has AI changed what 'good' looks like in B2B marketing - or are we just doing the same things faster?

My key question is what companies can do to get their current stack ready for AI. In my experience, many customers have significant issues with data hygiene, data completeness and connecting their platforms seamlessly. That means that buying group completeness and engagement maps are going to be a challenge. How can we prevent platforms like AJO B2B from becoming the next Ferrari that sits in the garage?
