Ability to pass values to an expression fragment within "each" loop from a content template

Hi 

     At this point of time, the values passed to a fragment within an each loop from a template really don’t get received by that expression fragment. This behavior restricts one to instead create a complex workaround to store the values and send them after the each loop. By having this functionality, the expressions can be simplified and eliminates the need to use redundant code. Therefore, I’m requesting this functionality to be added.
