Our community thrives when everyone feels safe, respected, and supported. If you come across content that does not follow our guidelines, reporting helps us maintain the welcoming environment we all expect. Every member plays a role in upholding this culture, and your actions make a real difference.

What Should You Report?

If you are unsure whether something is appropriate, review the Community Code of Conduct for guidance. In general, report content that includes:

  • Spam or promotional posts

  • Harassment or harmful behavior

  • Sensitive or confidential information

  • Misleading or inappropriate content

How to Report a Post or Comment

  • Click the “...” menu on the post or comment

  • Select Report

  • Choose the reason that best fits

  • Add any helpful context

Reports are reviewed by our Community Managers, who take appropriate action to keep the space safe and positive. Your report is anonymous and your name will never be shared with the person whose content you flagged.

Enforcing the Community Code of Conduct

We take all reports seriously and work quickly to keep the Community safe and positive. If your post or behavior violates our Code of Conduct—whether intentionally or by accident—our team will review the situation and take appropriate action.

Here’s what you should know:

  • Warnings: If you break the guidelines, we may issue a warning to let you know what needs to change.

  • Content Removal or Edits: Posts that violate the rules may be edited or removed to protect the integrity of the Community.

  • Persistent or Severe Misconduct: Repeated violation or harmful behavior can lead to temporary or permanent suspension of your ability to post.

  • Spam and Abuse: We act swiftly on persistent spamming or abusive behavior, which may result in permanent removal from the Community.

  • Full Discretion: Adobe staff reserve the right to remove any content or suspend accounts without prior notice if behavior is deemed problematic. Each situation is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Our goal is to maintain a welcoming space for everyone. If you have questions about a decision, you can reach out to the Community team at [exlcommunity@adobe.com].
