Ideas is where your voice shapes the future of Adobe products. Whether you have a suggestion for a product enhancement or a feature you’d love to see, Ideas empowers you to share, vote, and collaborate directly with Adobe teams.

We’re Listening

Your feedback matters. Ideas helps us understand what’s important to you and informs the requests our Product and Engineering teams consider. While we review every submission, many factors influence what we build—including market research, customer support cases, resource requirements, design considerations, product strategy, and industry trends. Not every idea can be implemented, and sometimes we may solve the problem differently than originally suggested. Our goal is to deliver the most value to the greatest number of customers.

How It Works

Browse and Search

Before posting, search to see if your idea already exists. This helps avoid duplicates and keeps conversations focused.

Vote

Support ideas you care about by voting. Each vote adds weight to an idea’s score and signals its importance to the community. You can vote for as many ideas as you like, but only once per idea.

Comment

Add context to ideas by sharing how they impact your work, providing use cases, or suggesting solutions. The more detail we have, the better we can understand your needs.

Post Your Idea

When submitting a new idea, follow these best practices:

  • Craft a clear title: Make it concise and descriptive so others can find and vote on it easily.

  • Write a detailed description: Explain the current process, the problem you’re facing, and how your idea would help. Share examples or scenarios that illustrate their impact.

  • Keep it simple and focused: Submit one idea per post. Broad requests are harder to scope and prioritize.

  • Focus on the problem first: Don’t jump straight to a solution. Help us understand the root issue so we can explore the best way to address it.

  • Keep it friendly: Passion is welcome, but please follow our Code of Conduct and maintain a respectful tone.

Review Process

Our Community team monitors ideas to understand what matters most to you. We work closely with Product teams to evaluate and prioritize suggestions. Once an idea moves forward, we’ll update its status and communicate with you about next steps.

FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

Do I need to be an Adobe customer or partner to submit an idea?

Yes. Only Adobe customers and partners can submit, vote, and comment in Ideas.

What kinds of ideas and comments can I submit?

We welcome any idea to help us improve our products and services.

I think I’ve found a bug. Can I submit it here?

No. The Ideas section is designed solely for feature requests and enhancements. Bugs should be reported directly to our Support team, who will work with you to reproduce and investigate the issue. Confirmed issues will then be communicated to our Product team.

How does voting work?

Click the upvote button to vote. You can vote for multiple ideas but only once per idea.

How do I know Adobe is listening?

You’ll see staff comments, questions, and status updates as ideas progress through consideration and development.

How do I know if my idea will be developed?

Watch the status! We’ll update it as your idea moves through review and development.

How can I see what ideas have been implemented?

Sort by “Delivered” to view ideas that have been incorporated into our products.

How is Ideas moderated?

Ideas and comments are not pre-moderated. Our Community Managers retroactively remove posts that violate our Code of Conduct. Users can also flag content as inappropriate if it needs attention.
