Deployed actions aren't showing up in the Developer Console

I created a new workspace and it has a runtime added to it. Then i deploy into this runtime (with aio app deploy and the correct AIO_runtime_namespace  and auth  env variable). There is an action defined in the code, and the action also works correctly in the cloud runtime, but there aren't any actions showing up in the Developer Console. Is this a bug in the Developer Console or am I doing something wrong?
