Monday Arrival

For your luggage, you can probably leave it at your hotel, most do bag storage (whether it costs anything or not will vary by the hotel, some just ask for tips).

If you’re getting there at 9:30 for a 10am session that is going to cut it very very close. Monday morning is the busiest time and lines can get very long. You might end up being late to the session.

As far as I know, there is only Luggage Check on Wednesday (for people to check out of the hotel, bring their luggage to the conference, then leave from there to the airport).

I can only find info for Wednesday in the app… so like ​@MandyGeorge said, your best bet is to check it at the hotel if your room isn’t ready when you arrive. However, some guests do check out early, so your room might be ready… so it’s worth checking, even if it is unlikely.

I also agree, you might be late to your first session… while I’ve never checked in on the morning of (I always do it a day or two in advance), I’ve seen the lineups… granted, those are usually earlier in the day as everyone is trying to get to breakfast… that close to the first session, you might luck out and most people will have checked in.

On Monday morning, queues for the badge pick-up can be very long. The process to print your badge and pick your swag itself isn't that long, but between bag checks at security and the sheer number of people I think you may be cutting it very fine. It also depends at which floor your session is.

As for the luggage storage, if I remember correctly there would be something organised for the Wednesday, as people would be going to the airport straight from summit. I am not sure the same applies on Monday, as most people arrive over the weekend.
