What time frame
If our website is adding data from a visitor's session at, lets say, Monday 5pm, to the CDP, how long before that data value can be used by Adobe Target for web site personalization to that visitor?

It could be ready within few seconds to few minutes depending how the data is ingested.
If the data is ingested via edge then it should be available within few seconds.
